General

  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area and emailed instructions on how to download the app. From there you will have your program ready to access.

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes. You have the option of a 4 weekly based program or annual. You will receive new training programs, masterclasses and content each month in addition to monthly coaching calls and support from the Onyx Performance team.  You are not locked into a contract and can cancel anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes of course. We have clients all over the world.

  • Is the program the same every month?

    No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.

  • Do you cater for vegan and vegetarian diets?

    No. Please DO NOT purchase if you are seeking dietary advice for non-meat eaters. Go to find a specialist in that area. 


Workout Plans

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    It is preferable you have had at least 6 months of weight training experience with a face to face trainer. However, the training programs can be done if you're new to the gym. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    Home workouts are not included with this plan. Do not expect to get the same results working out in your kitchen with a band and pink dumbells.  However, if you have a good selection of weights at home – heavy dumbells (or adjustable DBs like Bowflex), a bench, and a barbell with plates, you can adapt the workouts to home. We aim to get every woman confident in the gym or to build a substantial home gym. 


Subscriptions

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email support with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

    No you cannot pause payments without cancelling your account. Please see the terms and conditions.
